What does a digital marketing agency for doctors actually do?
It gets your practice in front of patients who are already looking for a doctor like you, and makes it easy for them to call. For most clinics that means four things: a complete Google Business Profile that shows in the Maps top three, a steady flow of genuine reviews, a fast website with a page for each treatment, and ads for the treatments worth paying for. We handle all of it and report the calls and bookings it brings in.
Are you a healthcare SEO company or a full marketing agency?
A full healthcare digital marketing agency, with SEO at the core. For doctors, SEO has two parts: local SEO, which moves your Google Business Profile up the Maps results near your clinic, and website SEO, which ranks your treatment and doctor pages. We also run Google and Meta Ads, Instagram and reviews, so one team handles everything that brings in patient enquiries.
Do you work with hospitals as well as clinics?
Yes. We work with individual doctors, single clinics, multi-location practices and hospitals. A hospital needs more than one listing: departments and senior consultants can each have their own Google presence, and the website needs a page per department and per doctor. See how we work with hospitals.
How long does it take to see more patients?
Fixing the Google profile usually shows results in the first month: more calls and direction requests. How big the jump looks depends on where you start. A small clinic seeing two to four patients a day can often reach six to eight within a few months. An established clinic already seeing 30 to 40 a day takes longer to grow meaningfully, often six months or more. Busy specialties in big cities take longer to reach the Maps top three, and you see the progress every month on a ranking grid of your locality.
I can update my Google profile myself. Why hire someone?
You can, and some doctors do it well. Most don't have the time to post every week, reply to every review and keep an eye on edits other people suggest to the listing. We also see the same few mistakes on most profiles doctors run themselves: too many categories, one copied reply pasted under every review, and half-filled services. Fixing those alone often moves a clinic up.
Can you guarantee a top 3 ranking on Google Maps?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Google decides the ranking, and distance from the person searching plays a big part. What we can promise is the work: a complete profile, a review routine that runs every week, and a monthly report that shows exactly where you rank and what changed.
Can you get my clinic more Google reviews?
Yes, but not by buying them or writing them. Happy patients rarely leave a review unless someone asks, so we set up a simple routine at your reception: ask every patient at billing, send the review link on WhatsApp the same day, and keep a QR stand at the desk. We also write a short script your receptionist can use, because most doctors don't like asking themselves.
Do you follow medical advertising rules in India?
Yes. Posts and ads are written with the medical code of ethics in mind (the Indian Medical Council's 2002 code, which is still in force, and the NMC's October 2026 guidelines on advertising), along with the dentists' code of ethics, the ASCI code and Google's healthcare ad policy. That means no promises of a cure, no "best doctor" claims, no testimonials or before-and-after photos for promotion, AI content marked as AI, your registration number on posts, and no patient details in review replies.
Will I lose control of my Google profile?
No. You stay the primary owner. You add us as a manager from your own profile settings, and you can remove us at any time. We never ask for your Gmail password.
How much does it cost?
Google Business Profile management starts at ₹6,999 per month per location and websites start at ₹14,999. Google and Meta Ads management is 20% of your monthly ad spend, social media management is ₹8,000 per month per profile, and AI video ads start at ₹999 per video (up to one minute), then ₹500 per extra 30 seconds. Prices exclude GST. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
I already get patients from Practo. Why do I need this?
Practo is useful, but it's a paid platform that shows your competitors on the same page, and you don't control how it ranks you. Your Google profile and website are yours, they cost far less, and they're where most patients search first. The strongest setup uses both, with your own channels as the foundation.
I tried an agency before and nothing changed. Why would this be different?
Usually the old agency sold a cheap package covering everything, with nobody who knew healthcare or ads properly. We work only with doctors, clinics and hospitals, price each service separately, keep every account in your name and report calls and enquiries every month. If the numbers don't move, you can see it, and you can leave with 30 days' notice.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly services run on a rolling plan with 30 days' notice. Website builds are one-time projects with a fixed price and timeline.
